Pilates based ballet workout for dance professionals and students of all ages from basic beginning to advanced levels. Focus will be on: core alignment and strength, support of correct leg turnout, arm strength to support proper port de bras, leg extensions s.trengthening from hip through knees, ankles and all foot joint articulations, proper breath flow emphasizing the flanks, articulation of the port de corps, correct ballet terminology and pronunciation - maximum 5 students per class
